Saturday mornings 9am (except some Holiday weekends),

90-minute classes $30 at the door

 

Each plant-based cooking class starts with an overview of the health benefits of vegan & raw food. These living food classes are presented in a lively and fun demonstration format. Many students have questions about preparing raw & vegan food, so the classes are taught in this style to guide, inform and inspire while affording the time to reveal a minimum of three simple recipes every time. Each cooking class finishes with a tasting of the days creations and a Q&A. All cooking classes are gluten-free and soy-free. The instructor is Chef Ron Russell, co-owner of SunCafe, in Studio City/Los Angeles.
