These raw food, plant-based classes are presented in a lively and fun demonstration format. Many students have a great many questions about preparing raw food so the class is taught in this style to guide, inform and inspire while affording the time to reveal a large number of recipes. Each class finishes with a tasting of the days creations and a re-cap of the recipes.
