Raw Food Cooking Classes Los Angeles

SunCafe's weekly Healthy Gourmet Cooking Classes start with a quick overview of the benefits of plant-based & raw foods. Classes are presented in a lively and fun demonstration format designed to guide, inform and inspire you to a healthier, tastier lifestyle. Each class finishes with a tasting of the days creations and a re-cap of the recipes.

Ron Russell has been on and advocates a healthy, whole foods, vegan lifestyle for optimum health for 30+ years; in addition, he's promoted a raw food diet for the last 15 years. SunCafe Organic, his restaurant, has won 12 culinary awards including 1 of the 10 Best Restaurants in L.A. County from OpenTable for 2013.

Over the past 3 years, in more than 150 vegan raw food cooking classes, Ron has developed and shared more than 200 original 15-minute gourmet recipes with his students.
