SunCafe raw food cooking classes are every Saturday morning (except some Holiday weekends) at TIME 9am, $25 at the door.

We start with an overview of the benefits of raw food. These raw food, plant-based classes are presented in a lively and fun demonstration format. Many students have a great many questions about preparing raw food so the class is taught in this style to guide, inform and inspire while affording the time to reveal a large number of recipes. Each class finishes with a tasting of the days creations and a re-cap of the recipes. The instructor is Ron Russell, owner of SunCafe (contact: Ron (at) SunCafe.com).
